So do we do? We can always use shampoos for damaged hair, but sometimes they can make matters worse due to the presence of chemicals. On the other hand, there are many natural home remedies for damaged hair that can help us get our soft curls back.

Coconut Oil and Honey:

If you see your hair being damaged one day, what can you do now? Of course, you need to repair it. But how? Let’s try using the mixture made of coconut oil and honey. This is the specific instruction you should follow:

  • Mix a quarter cup of honey and three tablespoons of coconut oil first. But before mixing, you had better warm coconut oil
  • After that, thoroughly blend
  • Now apply this mixture on your hair
  • Finally, wash your hair off with water and shampoo after letting it sit from 20 to 30 minutes
  • Follow these steps once or twice times per week
  • Repeat every week until your hair is repaired

Milk:

Milk is a little bit tricky to apply on hair because it’s liquid. Trick is to lean your head over the sink and pour a small amount of milk onto the scalp while massaging with the other hand. Very fast, all of your hair will be soaked. Wrap towel around your neck and cover head with shower cap. Wash your hair after thirty minutes.

Baking Soda:

Regularly washing your hair with baking soda can also do wonders to the health of your hairs. The rich properties of baking soda prevent the infection to the scalp and promote healthy growth of your hair.

Egg Whites:

Wet you hair with warm water, then wrap it in a towel. Put one egg white and one cup of warm water into a bowl and beat them with a whisk. Massage the mixture through your hair, starting at the scalp and working your way down the length of your hair to the tips. Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic bag and let sit for approximately half an hour before rinsing.

Apple Cider Vinegar:

We’ve all heard about apple cider vinegar’s wonderful uses, but it can also be used, and is highly valued, in beauty. In order to care for and restore hair that has been damaged by dyes, make a hair rinse with apple cider vinegar. This will reestablish your hair’s pH levels, making it shiny while also eliminating dandruff.

This is simple. Take half a glass of apple cider vinegar and dilute it with another half glass of water. Use a spray bottle to apply it to your hair. Let it set for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Curry Leaves:

Curry leaves are enriched with calcium, vitamins, phosphorous, and iron. Heat two tablespoons of coconut oil and add 5-6 curry leaves in it. Heat it for a few minutes and then apply it on the scalp and hair. Wrap a warm towel on the head for 15 minutes.
